Humble, honest, and built first.

Each prospect gets a personalized email that names one gap anyone can check on their own site, a live redone demo of their site, and a short SEO audit. Then a humble pitch: from $500, with the real pricing options and links to the work at ulric.studio/work.

Therapists first

Private practices, with orcounselors members up top. Members get the warm email ("your orcounselors listing, and your practice site"). Everyone else gets the therapy track. Eugene/Springfield first, then Salem, Portland and small towns.

Then realtors

The big push. Lauren Rose (laurenroserealty.com) is the lead case study: on-domain IDX, map search, city pages, saved searches and a home-value tool. MLS feed is $149/mo + $500 setup, same for Eugene and Portland.

04 · Before you send

Caveats from the research.

Psychology Today phone numbers are often call-tracking numbers. Prefer the contact from the practice's own site.
"verify" rows (marked "down") failed HTTPS from the research box. They may still load over plain http. Open them in a browser before writing the email. Rows marked "unverified" returned an empty or JS-only page and need a manual look (in the realtor list: portlandkeys.com, westportlandrealtor.com, valleybrokers.com, thesalemrealestategroup.com, ambercrealty.com).
orcounselors name matches to unclaimed profiles were made by name and city. Confirm the match before you mention it.
Say "older Weebly template", not "table-based" or "1990s". That markup comes from the old Weebly theme engine.
Gaps come from homepage-level automated checks (HTTPS, viewport, title/meta, builder, copyright year, word count, booking link, schema). PageSpeed scores weren't available for the realtor scan.
Excluded: large organizations (Cascade Health, Insight Northwest, Northlight, PSU clinic and similar), your own sites, anything Ulric already built, and shenvalleyrealestate.com (a Virginia host).
Only email addresses published on the business's own site or Google profile. No name, no send.
